An architect in Victoria is required to provide this checklist to clients by law. It satisfies the requirements of clause 6(4)(t) of the Victorian Architects Code of Professional Conduct and applies to class 1 and 10 buildings.
A copy of the Checklist should ideally be provided to clients in advance of signing the client agreement or, at the latest, must be provided together with the client agreement.
